SONGIN INDUSTRY Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) processes personal information only for the purposes below and will obtain separate consent where required by the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea if the purpose changes.

• Receiving and handling after-sales service requests

Article 2Information processed and how it is collected

This website (songininc.com) has no membership, log-in or online enquiry form and does not collect visitors’ personal information directly.

When you contact us by phone, e-mail or fax, we may collect:

• Required: name, organisation, contact details (phone or e-mail), enquiry details
• For delivery / after-sales: delivery or installation address, on-site contact

The following may be generated automatically while using the website:

• IP address, browser information and access time processed by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and font/icon services (Google Fonts, cdnjs) under their own policies
• Your language choice is stored only in your browser’s localStorage and is never sent to us. The Company does not use cookies.

Article 3Retention period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, except:

• Enquiry records: 3 years after the enquiry is closed
• Contract and delivery records: for the periods required by the Commercial Act, the Framework Act on National Taxes and other laws

Article 4Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except with the data subject’s consent or where permitted by law (Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act).

Article 5Outsourcing

The Company does not currently outsource the processing of personal information. If it does (e.g. to installation partners), the partner and the task will be disclosed in this policy.

Article 6Destruction

• Procedure: information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends.
• Method: electronic files are deleted irreversibly; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

Article 7Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information by phone (043-733-9505) or e-mail (songin02656@naver.com). Requests may also be made through a legal representative or an authorised agent.

• Minimising and training staff who handle personal information
• Access control and locks for PCs and documents containing personal information
• Regular review of enquiry records and destruction after the retention period

Article 11Changes to this policy

This policy applies from October 15, 2026. Any changes will be announced on this website at least 7 days before they take effect. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
